Conditions of Use

Acceptance of Terms

Geographic Eligibility
ceo bat is operated and marketed primarily for players based in Bangladesh. ceo bat may at any time request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation to verify your age and identity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in the verification request will result in account suspension until verification is completed.
Clause 2.2 — Underage Accounts
Any winnings generated by an underage account will be forfeited in full. Deposited funds may be returned to the payment source after deducting any bonuses received. ceo bat cooperates fully with relevant authorities in cases involving underage access.

Section 3
Account Registration & Security
Each eligible player may hold exactly one registered account on the ceo bat platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances held therein.
Registration Requirements
During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and preferred payment method. You must not use false identities, aliases, or another person's personal information when registering. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
Account Security Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ceo bat account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. ceo bat will not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
Notification of Unauthorised Access
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must contact ceo bat's 24/7 live support team immediately. ceo bat will investigate all reported security incidents and may temporarily suspend the affected account during the investigation period to prevent further unauthorised activity.
Clause 3.1 — One Account Rule
A single player may not hold more than one active account on ceo bat at any time. If a player's account is closed, a new account may only be opened with the express written permission of ceo bat's compliance team. Opening a new account after a self-exclusion period without permission constitutes a violation of these Terms.
Clause 3.2 — Accurate Information
You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Outdated payment method information can delay withdrawals. Outdated contact information may prevent ceo bat from reaching you regarding important account and security notifications.
Clause 3.3 — Two-Factor Authentication
ceo bat strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access. ceo bat may require 2FA verification for certain high-value withdrawal requests as an additional security measure.

Section 4
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on ceo bat are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules govern how funds may be deposited and withdrawn from your ceo bat account.
Accepted Payment Methods
ceo bat accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following BDT payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Deposit Rules

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Withdrawal Rules
Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–2 hours for verified accounts using bKash or Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 4 business hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Wagering Requirement Before Withdrawal
If your account balance includes active bonus funds, those bonus funds and any winnings generated from them are subject to the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal can be requested. Attempting to withdraw funds while active bonus wagering requirements remain unfulfilled may result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from your balance. Section 5
Bonus & Promotions Policy

In the event of any conflict between the general bonus rules below and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.
Welcome Bonus
New ceo bat players are eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit, subject to a minimum qualifying deposit of ৳1,000. The welcome bonus is credited as bonus funds and is subject to a 20x wagering requirement on the combined deposit and bonus amount before withdrawal. General Bonus Rules

Clause 5.1 — Bonus Forfeiture
ceo bat reserves the right to void and remove any bonus, free spin, or promotional credit from a player's account if there is reasonable evidence of fraudulent conduct, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or violation of any provision of these Terms. Winnings generated from forfeited bonuses will also be removed.
Clause 5.2 — Promotional Changes
ceo bat may modify, suspend, or cancel any ongoing promotion with reasonable notice. Seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, or Pohela Boishakh are time-limited and will be withdrawn at the end of the promotional period without further notice.

Clause 6.1 — Game Outcome Finality
Once a game round or bet is settled by the ceo bat platform, the outcome is final and binding subject only to technical malfunction review as described above. Players may dispute outcomes via the live support team within 72 hours of settlement.

Section 8
Account Suspension & Closure
ceo bat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to the reasons set out in this section. Where an account is closed by ceo bat for reasons of breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining may be withheld pending investigation, and bonus funds will be forfeited in all cases.
Closure by ceo bat
ceo bat may suspend or close an account immediately and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances: confirmed breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering; confirmed use of prohibited software or automation; confirmed multi-accounting; confirmed underage use; or in compliance with a legal obligation or regulatory instruction.
Voluntary Closure by the Player
You may request the closure of your ceo bat account at any time by contacting the 24/7 live support team. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method. Active bonus funds will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure. Self-Exclusion

Clause 8.1 — Balance on Closure
Where an account is closed by ceo bat due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance may be withheld for up to 90 days pending investigation. Following the conclusion of the investigation, funds not directly connected to fraudulent activity may be returned to the player's registered payment method at ceo bat's sole discretion.
Clause 8.2 — Self-Exclusion Irrevocability
A self-exclusion period of 6 months or longer, once activated, cannot be reversed or shortened before the selected period has elapsed. Shorter cooling-off periods (30 or 90 days) may be extended but not shortened. Clause 8.3 — Right to Refuse Service

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ceo bat and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms, your use of the platform in violation of applicable law, or any third-party claim resulting from your conduct on the platform.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and ceo bat with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, representations, and negotiations between the parties on the same subject matter.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, lawful, and enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect as if the invalid provision had never been included.
